After working for Reddish Vale since 1997 the opportunity arose in 2004 and Roy made the bold decision to buy the company. Since Roy’s purchase of the company he has seen us blossom and grow substantially acquiring a vast array of clients spanning across the United Kingdom. Roy’s hard work and positive mental attitude have ensured that he has kept everyone focused on his goals. He is largely involved in the daily running of the company and is always on hand to discuss anything with our clients.
In 2004 Wendy left her management role within a distribution company to join her husband in the purchase of Reddish Vale. She has spent several years behind the scenes helping to make us what we are today. Wendy is constantly using her vast experience and knowledge to ensure that our administration and accounts teams run as efficiently and effectively as possible.
ROY E TINDALL
Roy started out for Reddish Vale as a removal operative soon after progressing to a supervisor. Roy’s drive and ambition was the key aspect that Roy Senior saw in him and after a few years of supervising the sites, Roy was promoted to Contracts Manager and subsequent Operations Director. Roy holds a substantial amount of industry recognised qualifications including NEBOSH & Level 4 Arca competency.
After several years of successfully managing on-site work John beat several other candidates for the Contracts Manager position and has since gone from strength to strength. Our clients have often spoken about John’s positive and friendly attitude and his desire to ensure our projects run smoothly for them. John also holds a substantial amount of industry-recognised qualifications including NEBOSH & Level 4 Arca competency.
Jemma began her working career with Reddish Vale back in 2007 and over the years she has gained a substantial amount of knowledge and qualifications in the administration of our company. Jemma is actively involved in all aspects of the business but her main area of focus is developing our business opportunities and ensuring our clients’ needs are met.
In 2006 Alison made the decision to seek a challenge and came to Reddish Vale. Starting out as an administrator for us, she quickly showed an aptitude for excellence and moved her way up to quality manager. Alison has held that role successfully ever since, managing to gain us numerous accreditations which are recognised by our clients and show them we take what we do seriously.
