We were asked to undertake the safe asbestos removal found within the public house section of building – no longer in use and vacant by a leading public house chain. The works facilitated extensive asbestos insulating board to the top floor and multiple enclosures on other floors, whilst the property was live and in full operation.
Our asbestos removal specialists worked 7 days a week in order to complete the project as quickly as possible. We acted as principal contractor for the work and as such, provided a temporary welfare and service package as part of our contract.
The Forum Theatre

We were asked to complete an asbestos removal package to the existing Forum Theatre over 2 phased visits.
Both asbestos removal visits were undertaken at times where the theatre was to undergo refurbishment, however adjacent areas of the building were still live and occupied. Due to performance dates happening so close to the works, a tight deadline was imposed on the project and as a consequence, we allocated sufficient resources including weekend working to complete both phases ahead of the agreed timescales.

As part of the wider regeneration of the site, we were asked to put together an asbestos removal package within the sub-floor voids around the main swimming pool. Asbestos had been installed as fire protection to the ceiling of the duct. In order to complete a successful asbestos removal, we had to break out the duct around the pool in order to free the asbestos-containing materials.
Our removal teams constructed purpose-built enclosures are around the poolside and undertook mass excavation of the concrete flooring under fully-controlled conditions.
Our asbestos removal works were completed on time with no disruption to the refurbishment works being undertaken.
